What are good tips to raise up my youtube videos subs and views?

Most importantly: Your video needs to be funny or amazing or remarkable or have some fascinating information or be controversial. Basically the video needs a reason for people to pass it on. If you can find pass along value connected to your organization and its products, great. I'm not a fan of stupid contests or celebrity endorsements unrelated to a company and its products.

1. Make only good, entertaining, original content.  Nobody wants to watch more mediocre crap.  People will subscribe if your content is good, and most won't if it isn't.

2. Respond to comments on your vids.  The more of a connection you make with your viewers, the more likely they might be to share your videos with friends.

3.  Use good, relevant titles and tags.  This will help your videos to be found by people searching for whatever your video is about.  If you do a video showing birds getting crazy, don't call it "Birds getting crazy" but instead call it "Crazy Birds" and this will likely get you more views and will also make it more likely your vid may end up as a "related" vid to something else that's similar, and related vids will increase your views a lot if you end up related to something that gets lots of views.

4.  Interact with others on YouTube.  Comment on every video you watch.  Comment on people's channels.  When someone subscribes, go to their channel and leave a comment thanking them, and some people who view that channel will see your comment and may click on your channel to check you out.

5.  MAKE GOOD, ENTERTAINING CONTENT.
6.  Be original.  If what you're doing is already being done by tons of other YouTubers, then no matter how good you are it isn't going to grab people and make them subscribe, because they're probably already subscribed to several other similar channels and really don't need more of the same.  If you're going to vlog, then it better be really darn interesting.  If you're doing comedy, then your style better be pretty unique.
